Avandiz Studio (“we”, “us”) is a small digital marketing studio based in Orchard Park, New York. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and when you contact us. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use our contact form, request the playbook, book a Checkup or text us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, business name, website, town, phone number or email, and your message.
• Quiz and check answers. The findability quiz and the AI search readiness check run in your browser. They send nothing unless you request the playbook from your results. Then we receive your name, email and results (your quiz answers, or your readiness score and to-do list) so we can send the guide and see where you could use help.
• Basic usage data. Our website host and analytics provider, Cloudflare, records technical details such as your browser type, the pages you visit and an approximate location based on your IP address. We use this only to see which pages are helpful and to keep the site secure.

How we use it

• To reply to you and provide the information or service you asked for.
• To send the free guide or report you requested.
• To keep records of our conversations and any work we do together.
• To protect the site and our inbox from spam and abuse.

When you request the playbook, we add your email to our list so we can send it, along with a few related emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We don’t add you to a list otherwise.

Text messages

If you text us or choose “Text” as your reply method, we’ll text you only about your inquiry or our work together. We don’t send marketing texts. Reply STOP at any time and we won’t text you again. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, such as Cloudflare (our website host and analytics), Breely (our booking calendar), Web3Forms (which delivers our contact form and quiz messages to our inbox), MailerLite (which stores playbook requests and sends those emails) and Zoho Mail (our email), and only as much as they need to do that job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This site doesn’t need cookies to work, and our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) don’t use cookies either. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our booking page on Breely may set its own cookies when you use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as we work together plus any period required for tax and legal purposes. After that we delete them.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards, including secure (HTTPS) connections and access limited to the people who need it, in line with New York’s data security law (the SHIELD Act). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take care to protect what you share.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Send us a message through our contact form or text 716 218-0783, and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, such as Google reviews and our clients’ sites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please check their policies.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
