Ilya Zinenko

Founder & Creative Director

Ilya started his career as a business reporter, interviewing business owners, CEOs, and marketing experts. He then spent 10 years in marketing at the largest bank in Central and Eastern Europe, where he was editor-in-chief of the website and created content for the bank’s official social media channels. He also produced social media content for major financial and FMCG brands. At Avandiz, Ilya leads strategy, copywriting, SEO and website builds.

Why Avandiz

Small budgets. Big decisions.

Before Avandiz, I worked in marketing at large companies, with established teams, familiar brands and big budgets. If one approach didn’t work, there was always money to try another.

Small-business owners don’t have that cushion. They put in their own time, money and reputation, and compete with businesses that have far more of all three. Every decision counts, and one good idea can change a lot.

That takes courage, and I find it far more interesting. I started Avandiz to give small businesses practical marketing help, and to build something of my own with the same independence I admire in them.

Sasha Vylegzhanina

Photographer

With a background in both fine arts and science, Sasha brings a unique perspective to visual storytelling. She studied visual art and photography, and although her professional path led her to earn a PhD in biology, her curiosity as a researcher naturally evolved into a deep interest in people and their stories. She now focuses on personal brand photography, capturing the personality and professional identity of each person she works with. At Avandiz she shoots the portraits, products and behind-the-scenes photos you see in our case studies.
